Who am I? This is the part where I'm supposed to tell you how "awesome," I am.
The truth is, I have a passion that has been driving me for the past 2 decades, if not longer (closer to 25 years at this point, since I was a Freshman in College studying Psychology), which is this: Why do people do the things that they do, and more importantly, How do they change those things, permanently?
This has led me down many paths, many roads of how to change, and explanations as to why people do the things they do.
There are many answers, but really it comes down to this:
1. We learn things, that then become the stories that become the "facts" of how we should act and live.
2. Those Stories become so deeply embedded, that we start to Identify as those Stories (We're shy, Introvert/Extroverted, anxious, etc).
3. We act based on those stories.
That's why we do what we do. So then how do you change them?
This was the hard part, but it comes down to this:
1. You think of something you want, better known as your "Want."
2. As soon as you think of what you Want, almost as quickly, there comes a reason, a "But" that stands in your way.
For example, "I WANT to eat healthier, BUT it's just so hard to do and I dont' have time to cook."
Just from that small example, there are a couple of stories there.
3. This "Want" and the Reasons Why You Don't Do It, Your "Buts" are at battle with one another. And the stronger you believe your Buts, the harder it is for you to change. Don't get me wrong, there are logistical aspects to consider, but MOST "Buts" are Inner battles, from Inner Stories that feel real to us.
These are the Stories we developed that feel like "facts," and because we can no longer see them as something that isn't true, it's held within us as Emotional Blocks. Meaning, simply, if you try to change it, you will have a strong emotional reaction.
4. To adequately change, what you need is a way to allow those Stories, those strong Emotional Reactions, a way to feel satisfied, to stop battling you. To transform your stories, and in doing so, transform your emotions that are standing in your way.
5. When you can do that, you stop having Internal Battles, and then all you have to do is focus on "The Doing" and the blocks that the outside world will provide.
In other words, I'm here to help you overcome your Inner Blocks, to clear the path so you can transform your life, with more inner peace AND more success "in the real world." Because isn't that what we truly want?

I like this quote, but I also think there's some BS to it. Yes, you need to step out of your comfort zone because all change requires "Exposure" to your fears. But what you need more than "stepping out" of your Comfort Zone is to feel confident in who you. When you have that foundation, then facing your fears becomes easier.
If you're ready to do that, to feel confident in who you are within, so you can easily step outside of your comfort zone, then send me a message, and let's see how far you can go.
